Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders ship in 1–3 business days after payment.

Delivery Times
- US / UK: 7 – 15 business days
- Canada / Australia: 10 – 18 business days
- Other countries: 15 – 25 business days

Delays may happen during holidays, customs checks, or weather events.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking link by email once it ships. Please allow a few days for it to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
We’re not responsible for items marked as delivered or delays beyond our control.

Address Errors
Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer can’t be refunded or replaced.

Customs & Duties
Buyers pay any import taxes or fees charged by their country.
